This Work is Personal

My journey into this work didn’t begin with a title—it began with lived experience. Life asked me
to navigate profound loss, unexpected change, and moments that reshaped who I am and how I
see the world. In those seasons, I learned how deeply people need space to grieve, to integrate,
and to rediscover themselves without being rushed or fixed.
Over time, personal experience and professional work in healthcare and advocacy came
together. What emerged was a steady, compassionate approach rooted in
embodiment—helping people listen to their inner wisdom, honor their emotions, and move
forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. This work is not about pushing through
pain; it’s about learning how to live alongside it with clarity, confidence, and purpose
Welcome home.

My Approach

When you work with me, you’ll find a pace that honors where you are—not where you think you should be. I lead with presence, deep listening, and respect for the complexity of each person’s story. This is a space where emotions are welcomed, questions are allowed, and nothing needs to be rushed or fixed. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk beside you as you reconnect with yourself. Together, we focus on clarity, confidence, and forward movement that feels grounded and sustainable—so what unfolds is not forced, but true.

Holding space beyond the individual

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the individual experience. Every person carries a unique story, shaped by relationships, loss, resilience, and moments that don’t always have language yet. My role is not to direct or define that journey, but to create a steady, compassionate space where it can unfold safely and honestly. In these spaces, nothing needs to be rushed or fixed. We focus on listening—both to what’s being said and what lives beneath the surface. Through presence, reflection, and grounded support, individuals are able to reconnect with themselves, process what they’re carrying, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

What shaped this work

This work was shaped in the spaces where life stopped making sense and something deeper had to take its place. It was formed through grief that changed me, motherhood that stretched me, and seasons of responsibility that asked more of me than I thought I could give. Losing my son, navigating life as a single mother, and standing inside the world of organ donation and transplantation didn’t just inform this work—it transformed how I listen, how I lead, and how I hold space for others in moments that feel fragile, overwhelming, or quietly defining. Along the way, I learned that healing is not linear and strength is not loud. What people need most is not fixing or saving—but to be seen, honored, and supported as they reconnect with themselves. This work grew from walking beside families in grief, individuals searching for meaning, and communities learning how to carry both loss and hope at the same time. Every offering I create comes from lived experience, deep presence, and a belief that even in the hardest chapters, clarity, purpose, and connection are still possible.

“I didn’t become someone new by escaping what broke me—I became myself by integrating it.”  - Courtney B Kaplan

An Open invitation

If you are here in the midst of grief, transition, or a quiet unraveling of who you once were, know that this space was created with you in mind. Loss changes us, sometimes suddenly and sometimes slowly, and the identity that follows is often unfamiliar, tender, and searching for ground. You may be carrying questions that do not yet have language, or sensing that the version of you that once fit no longer does.

This is an invitation to honor that in-between space. To grieve what was, to gently release who you have outgrown, and to allow something truer to emerge without pressure to move on or have it all figured out. Here, identity rebirth is not rushed or forced. It is witnessed, supported, and allowed to unfold with compassion and care.

You are welcome exactly as you are in this moment.
Nothing needs to be fixed. Nothing needs to be rushed.
There is room here for grief, for becoming, and for the next honest version of you.

The next step does not need to be perfect. It only needs to be honest.
